Ecological systems management.

Enric Ruiz-Geli teaches ecological systems management to farmers and students at the Shillim Institute.

Enric Ruiz-Geli and his interdisciplinary architectural team Cloud 9 in Barcelona work at the interface between architecture and art, digital processes and technological material development.

The architects’ multifaceted projects include stage designs and buildings, installations and patents. These projects are realized together with collaborative partners. Recently, Enric was at the Shillim Institute where he met with local farmers of Shillim.

Blue Elephant cooking school was started in 2002, under the guidance of Ms. Khun Nooror Somany Steppe (founder and star chef of Blue Elephant Group). It has been more than 10 years since the first Blue Elephant was opened. At present, there are 12 branches located in major cities throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. When not travelling as a Thai Culinary Ambassador, she is often seen supervising or teaching personally at the famous Bangkok Cooking School.

  • Amazing estate at unbelievable proximity from Mumbai. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter, and the summary is that my four-year-old daughter wants to come back to this place.

    This place is calm, serene and peaceful. Come here for a peace of mind in a piece of nature. I would rate each aspect of this resort as excellent. Check-in, Villa, Food, Butler Service, Location, Decor, ... everything above par. Luxury does not come free. Yes, the resort is expensive. But I'm not complaining. Chef cooked us a custom meal, outside of its menu; and he sure did a great job. Butler service is fantastic. He ensured complete comfort in every aspect of our stay. I came here to relax and was thoroughly rejuvenated during my stay. This is a very different type of Lonavla. Come here to be free from your phone, doorbell, alarms and TV.
